We have special expertise in the design and production of timber frame and modular light gauge steel structures.

New generation timber frame structures are light, accurately made from highly sustainable material and able to cut on-site construction time by up to a third. We’re working with the industry to advance the design, manufacture and application of timber frame technology for more complex multi-storey projects.

Light gauge steel framed modules offer a fast and economic way to provide high quality living space. Factory built and fully furnished, they can form buildings up to 11 storeys high. We helped to design this versatile system and we’re continuing to work with the factory to develop it further.
