Price, although critical, is only one of the criteria we use to select the most suitable contractor for the client’s project.

A good track record in completing similar schemes is essential and all contractors wishing to tender must demonstrate this. We also like to see compatibility between the size and capability of the contractor and the scale and requirements of the project.

Many contractor-originated problems stem from inadequate understanding of project demands. A core part of our role is to make sure contractors know exactly what’s expected, have the capacity to deliver it, and are motivated to see the project through to a successful conclusion.
