Growing Wellbeing and Sustainability: ONE’s Allotment

At ONE, we’re always looking for ways to make a positive impact, both on the environment and people. That’s why we’re excited to share one of our latest ESG initiatives: our very own allotment.
In today’s fast-paced world, carving out time for fresh air, greenery, and hands-on activity has been proven to be incredibly beneficial for mental health. This green space has become a vibrant hub for growing fresh fruits and vegetables, while also offering our staff a unique opportunity to connect with nature, unwind, and step away from their desks.
The allotment allows us to live our environmental values by growing produce locally and reducing food miles. It also strengthens our sense of community, as colleagues come together to plant, tend, and harvest throughout the seasons. The space encourages mindfulness, collaboration, and a deeper connection to the natural world, for the wellbeing of our team.
This initiative is a fantastic example of how sustainability and wellbeing go hand in hand, and we’re proud to see it growing, quite literally, from the ground up.
