In providing this service, we put the client and the project “first” and this may involve bringing in external resource to address specific client or project objectives. We can act as your design team leader and project manager, to brief and appoint specialist surveys on your behalf, and co-ordinate the design process to deliver a seamless service.
We work to make the process as simple as possible and can obtain the necessary quotes to ensure the best possible value is achieved. These supporting services can then either be directly appointed by the client or ourselves. Any such appointment will be made completely transparent to the client at the outset.

On complex projects you may need a range of services which ONE is more than happy to appoint and co-ordinate. For example, we can provide all the services for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) including planning, ecology, transport, Landscape Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA), cultural, heritage, noise, air quality, surface water drainage and ground conditions. We have experts on hand and regularly liaise with all the necessary regulatory bodies.
We are also early adopters of technology including Building Information Modelling (BIM) and on other schemes we can appoint all of the other supporting services required to get your project going, for example, Point Cloud Surveys so that everyone is working on the same detailed base information.Back to services
