Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre (ICC) is a national finalist at the RICS UK Awards 2026 Grand Final!

We are incredibly proud that the Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre (ICC) is a national finalist at the RICS UK Awards 2026 Grand Final!

The project is representing the South West in the Public Sector category, having already won both the RICS South West Public Sector Award and the prestigious overall Project of the Year Award. Last week it also received the Net Zero Innovation award at Healthcare Estates.

This flagship development designed by ONE brings health and care services together within a modern, accessible and sustainable environment designed to support the evolving needs of Trowbridge and its surrounding communities. Reaching the national final is a fantastic achievement and reflects the vision, expertise and collaboration of the entire project team.
