Award wins for ONE’s innovative digital twin approach

Posted: 1 April 2026

ONE Creative environments (ONE), a multi-disciplinary design company that prioritises innovation, has celebrated two national award wins last month (March 2026).

ONE, which has a Worcester HQ and offices in Birmingham, London and Cardiff received the awards for their innovative digital twin approach to asset management.

ONE’s Smart Assets team received the Collaboration Award at the CIBSE Building Performance Awards (5 March 2026) and the Asset Management Best Practice Award at the Digital Construction Awards (18 March 2026).

The team assist building operators to leverage the power of BIM in building operations.  ONE provides scalable software-agnostic digital twin consultancy and configuration services designed to optimise asset and estate performance. They produce real-time digital representations of physical assets, integrating seamlessly with any existing Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT infrastructure, and renewable energy technologies.

By delivering actionable insights, this empowers estate and operational teams to drive cost savings, enhance sustainability, and improve resilience – without reliance on proprietary platforms. This drives many benefits including supporting the journey to Net Zero.

Jason Whittall, Director at ONE, said: “As a company we pride ourselves on innovation, sustainability and providing added value.”

“It is fantastic to see the benefits that clients are achieving through our innovative digital twin approach, with these awards recognising our work in the education sector.  We have also seen this firsthand having applied this to our very own HQ. We are delighted to have received this further recognition in these prestigious awards.”
