Crowle Searchers U14s Kick Off Season in Style with New Kit Sponsor
Posted: 22 October 2025
There’s fresh momentum at Crowle this season, the Under-14s are not just back in action, they’re doing so in brand new kits, proudly sponsored by ONE Creative environments (ONE).
From 1960s Icons to Design Innovators
Back in 2005, when Crowle Searchers football club was formed, their “sponsor” wasn’t a corporation but a band: The Searchers, the Merseybeat legends. The band granted the club permission to use their name and logo and even helped fund the team strips through concert proceeds held in the village. Their final performance was at Glastonbury earlier this year.
Now, two decades later, ONE is picking up that baton, a fitting succession from musical roots to architectural and design innovation.
ONE: 50 Years of Building Creativity
Founded in 1975, ONE is also celebrating its 50th anniversary this year with a programme of special events and activities. One is a multi-disciplinary design company with its headquarters in Worcester and offices in Birmingham, Cardiff and London. A Certified B Corporation™, the practice actively supports a wide range of charitable and community initiatives, including local sports teams.
As a Certified B Corporation™, ONE is held to high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
Mark Martin, Chairman of ONE Creative environments (ONE), said: “ I know many of the Searchers music hits and it was such a great thing they did 20 years ago. As a company, we are proud to support a wide range of charitable and community initiatives.
Supporting grassroots football close to our headquarters is especially meaningful and we are delighted to back the team. We hope the team enjoys the season and we’ll be cheering them on all the way.”
This sponsorship is more than a name on a shirt. For ONE, it reflects their company ethos of creativity, collaboration and community. It also connects well with their wider identity. Their portfolio includes many health and leisure projects including the new weighing room for Worcester racecourse, flood lights for Aston Villa FC, and feasibility studies for both Kidderminster Harriers and Worcester City football clubs.
For Crowle Searchers U14s, it means they take to the pitch not only with fresh football strips but with a story. A story linking music, local community, design and ambition.
