Healthcare Estates Award Win for ONE

The team at One Creative Environments is celebrating having scooped the award for Sustainable Achievement at this year’s Healthcare Estates.
The awards were held on 8 October 2019 at Manchester Central on the first evening of the Healthcare Estates exhibition, the UK’s largest event for healthcare estates, engineers and facilities management professionals.
One’s team was recognised for working with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council to design the Tanworth Lane Dementia Care Facility – a highly sustainable and efficient A rated 2-storey 60 bed care facility that will act as an exemplar building for the council in supporting people living with dementia.
The judges commented: “It is a delight to see a building not only purpose built for the patients care but also designed to be sustainable. It was also fantastic to see that the LED lighting was designed not only for energy reduction but also had a patient care purpose.”
