Posted: 24 June 2026

We are delighted to have been awarded New Build Development of the Year at the Unlock Net Zero Awards.

The award recognises our work on Tussac House, an extra care facility in the Falkland Islands, and reflects the dedication, expertise and collaboration of everyone involved in delivering this outstanding project.

This is a fantastic achievement for everyone at ONE, and we are incredibly proud of the team behind it

Congratulations to all the finalists, and thank you to the organisers for a memorable evening.
