ONE is a finalist for 3 CE Awards

ONE is thrilled to have been shortlisted for 3 Constructing Excellence West Midlands awards:

  • SME of the Year
  • Conservation and Regeneration
  • Innovation Award.

Our vision is “Creating a better world through design, sustainability and innovation” and we pride ourselves on creative and innovative designs. We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the design of the proposed Commercial and Cultural Hub in the Conservation and Regeneration category. It is fantastic that our exciting new resident engagement platform, which was co-funded by Innovate UK, the UK’s innovation agency, has been shortlisted in the Innovation category which we are proud to have won previously in 2020 and 2022. As a company we have ambitious plans for further growth, as outlined in our new 5-year plan, and it is great news that we are also a finalist for the SME of the Year Award.
