ONE Strengthens Leadership Team with New Director Appointments

ONE Creative environments (ONE) has shown their absolute commitment to further growth by welcoming three exceptional long-standing employees onto the Board.

The well-established multi-disciplinary design company has already seen significant success working across the UK and internationally.

Abz Randera, Gavin Vickers and Craig Walding have now joined the four Board Members that have been in place for several years:  Matt Tebbatt, Mark Martin, Jason Whittall and James Lawrence, making a 7 strong Board.

All three individuals have impressive portfolios, invaluable experience and numerous achievements. Abz Randera and Craig Walding, who are senior members of ONE’s Architecture team, have both taken the lead on several significant commissions with Abz completing many high-profile facilities, multi-million pound projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Craig, one of the company’s longest serving employees of over 20 years, is ONE’s lead in the Falkland Islands as well as for many key long standing clients across health, commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. Gavin Vickers was previously ONE’s Technical Director for the Civil & Structural Team since joining in 2018, and has a wealth of experience having undertaken many challenging regeneration and multi-disciplinary projects across numerous sectors.

Since launching their ambitious new 5-year plan last year (2022), that commits to a trajectory of further growth, ONE has already added a Cardiff presence to their offices in Worcester (HQ), Birmingham and London, and moved their Birmingham presence to a new, larger exciting  home at: ‘The Bank’ in the Jewellery Quarter.

2023 has been ONE’s best year to date with exciting new clients and projects. This latest announcement is a key move to position the company for significant further growth across sectors and in new markets with: Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Digital & BIM all now represented on the Board.
