ONE wins Sustainability Award

ONE Creative environments (ONE) is delighted to have received the Sustainability Award at the Insider West Midlands Property awards.
ONE was shortlisted for: Architects Practice of the Year, Sustainability Award and Regeneration Project of the Year.
It was not possible to host the 2020 property awards due to COVID-19, however, today (18 January 2021) it was announced that the company had won the sustainability category with Tanworth Court – a highly sustainable and efficient 2-storey 60 bed care facility with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
Tanworth Court has previously been shortlisted for a number of awards and won the 2019 Sustainable Achievement award at Healthcare Estates. The project also won the sustainability category at the Constructing Excellence 2020 West Midlands awards and has subsequently been put forward for the National final on the 29 January 2021.
