At preliminary design stage our residential structural engineers undertake detailed foundation assessments to determine the most appropriate solution for your site, including a review of ground conditions and tree influences to mitigate risks and introduce opportunities to save money and materials. We find that most schemes have challenges in terms of water quality and attenuation requirements, which we solve using a combination of proprietary products such as hydrodynamic separators, underground storage tanks or networks of open basins, ditches and swales where space allows.
