Accreditation success for Investors in People and Worcestershire Works Well

One Creative Environments Ltd. (One) has been awarded the Investors in People Standard for the eleventh year running, demonstrating their commitment to realising the potential of their people.
Investors in People is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.
Gaining Investors in People makes a statement about the kind of organisation you are, the way you operate and the values that drive you forward — it isn’t just about setting yourself apart or inspiring others. Your accreditation is also about attracting new talent, clients and business whilst improving employee engagement and motivation.
Commenting on the achievement, Managing Director, Matt Tebbatt said: “We are extremely proud of this significant achievement and are very grateful to all staff who took the time to attend the interviews. All our staff work very hard to continually develop their skills and techniques and are committed to continuous improvement.”
One has also achieved Level 1 certification of the local Worcestershire Works Well scheme, which is designed to support businesses to improve the health and well-being of their employees. Improved employee health and well-being has been shown repeatedly to improve profitability and productivity of businesses.
Worcestershire Works Well is a partnership incorporating Worcestershire County Council, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce, Wellness Works and the Sports Partnership. The scheme is open to all public, private and third sector organisations of any size that are based in Worcestershire.
As part of the certification process, One submitted evidence in nine categories which covered areas such as Promoting Good Health, Physical Activity, Healthy Eating and Leadership. This was then reviewed by the Worcestershire Works Well panel.
