ONE welcomes Steve Tomkins to their Digital Estates Team

ONE Creative environments (ONE) is delighted to welcome Steve Tomkins as Associate Director within their Digital Estates team.

Steve is a chartered Engineering Leader, with over 20 years engineering management and maintenance experience working in the Facilities Management, Construction, Rail & Automotive sectors. He has extensive experience in asset management, engineering, cloud software deployment and technical sales, with exposure to international environments, and will be an integral part of the team to help manage and drive the deployment of ONE’s new digital innovations: ONE Engage and ONE TwinVis.

The exciting new resident engagement platform, ONE Engage, has been co-funded by ONE and Innovate UK, the UK’s innovation agency. It has already been shortlisted for several awards and won Best Fire Safety Innovation at Housing Digital Innovation Awards 2023. ONE TwinVis, winner of Best Carbon Monitoring Tool at the 2022 Building Innovation awards, provides real time visual information, connecting IoT smart devices to 3D digital assets and BIM, and is a key tool for clients to achieve many benefits including realising their Net Zero goals

Steve joins a well-established award-winning team, with ONE also having been named in position 3 of Build in Digital’s Top 50 Tech Partners. In his first week Steve is attending Digital Construction Week with ONE where the team will be demonstrating a number of projects, including ONE Engage and ONE TwinVis.
