Project Overview

The brand-new hotel, with 136 bedrooms as well as four retail units and two floors for CAT-A offices, was completed in April 2021.

Working for the main contractor, who had been appointed by the developer THAT Group, ONE managed the design process and provided the full detailed M and E design package.

The team produced the schedules and scopes of work and attended site regularly. The final solution included a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) unit to meet the strict
planning requirements and efficiently provide hot water for the hotel.

In addition, the full mechanical and electrical services were design in compliance with Hilton brand standards.
