Project Overview

ONE’s team provided a detailed MEP design for this luxury 10-storey building comprising of studio 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, concierge, gym, private cinema as well as commercial units at ground floor level.

The team was required to deliver a high-quality installation in accordance with the strict low carbon design standards for London and a communal heating system using high efficiency boilers with low NOX emissions.

The MEP solution for this prestigious development also incorporated the latest life safety requirements following the recommendations of the Hackney Report including full sprinkler coverage throughout the scheme.
